Wall and floor tiling done as part of the job, so you don’t need a separate tiler. We set tiles out so the cuts are even, and use levelling clips on large format tiles.

Q5: Do I need to buy the bathroom suite myself?
Yes, you choose and buy the suite, and we fit it. Before you buy anything, we’ll advise on what will fit your room and suit your water pressure, so there are no surprises on fitting day.
Q6: Will I be without a bathroom during the work?
For most of a full renovation, yes, the bathroom is out of use. If you’ve only got one toilet, tell us on the home visit and we’ll plan the work so it’s out of action for as little time as possible.
Q7: Do you renovate bathrooms in flats?
Yes, across Wandsworth, Battersea and Putney. In a flat, waterproofing the floor properly matters even more, because a leak can reach the neighbour below. We tank shower areas before any tiles go on.
Q8: Do I need permission to renovate my bathroom?
Replacing a bathroom like for like doesn’t usually need planning permission. New drainage, electrical work and extractor fans do have to meet Building Regulations, though. In a leasehold flat, check your lease, because many need the freeholder’s consent first.
